Community Support
- Immigration and Refugee Community Organization – and IRCO/Asian Family Center: a community-based agency one-stop-shop for services and advocacy based in Portland. IRCO and IRCO Asian Family Center as an agency has long been a partner with the Cambodian American community in the Portland-metro area. IRCO’s services include: tenant stabilization, renter’s assistance, energy assistance, parent education, community outreach/advocacy, and immigration legal services
