In loving memory of Van Mealy Touch 1950-2018
This past week, the Cambodian American community lost one of its founding members, Mr. Van Mealy Touch. Mr. Touch was a survivor of the Killing Fields. He was known for culinary skills and business in French Continental Cuisine and for authoring books on Cambodian history and culture. Mr. Touch is survived by his wife, Ms. Sivheng Ung, a dedicated and resilient CACO Board Member; and son, Mr. David Touch.
